Photographed before opening for urban designers CM+ Conybeare Morrison this 15km dual carriageway motorway crosses the Hunter River and it's flood plain via 11 bridges and a 2.6km viaduct..

Project partners include John Holland and Gamuda Australia, Seymour Whyte, Jacobs and BG&E (JBJV), Tract Consultants, WSP, Resonate and Saretta Art & Design.
